At Oro Jewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new piece isn't exactly what you hoped for, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original Oro Jewels velvet box and protective packaging to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return mailer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
